ABOUT

Yasmin Rai is an artist and movement instructor. 

She focuses on mind-body awareness to support creativity and self-compassion.

Her classes are infused with classical philosophy to deepen mindfulness and connection to the breath. 

With a background in trauma-informed movement and sound & energetic healing, Yasmin offers inclusive practices ranging from slow, grounding flows to endorphin-boosting sequences designed to reset the nervous system and invite presence into everyday life.
